What will I be doing? As a feedback micro-volunteer, you will spend 3-4 hours visiting one of our residential services and capturing service user feedback for our 2024 client survey in an inclusive, accessible way so that our clients feel confident that their voice is being heard.

Our services are located in Bristol, North London, East London, South London or West London but you will be sent exact dates/ times/ locations to choose from between December-January. This is an ad hoc micro volunteering role; you can volunteer just once or a few times over the months December – January. This role requires your physical presence.

Do I need to have any specific skills? • A passion for client involvement and supporting clients to have their say • Sensitivity and empathy towards the issues our clients may be experiencing • Good written and verbal communication • An understanding of the causes of homelessness and its impact. • Genuine interest in and commitment to St Mungo’s work and client group. • An understanding of and commitment to diversity & equality.
