Anyone with experience of accessing mental health services in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire is invited to take part in a survey which will help improve these services in the future.
Survey answers, which are anonymous, will inform the development of mental health support from Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (BNSSG CCG). Whilst taking part in the survey is voluntary, the CCG would like to hear from as many residents as possible who have lived experience of using these services, to tell them what is and isn't working.
Statistics across the UK show that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in their lifetime. Looking at the local picture:
Everyone who completes the survey is eligible to be entered into a prize draw, and 15 winners across the three areas will win a £25 One4All gift card; in order to enter the prize draw, you will need to add your contact details. All data recorded in the survey will be stored according to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
