Express Grants Programme to temporarily close
17 July, 2019

The Express Grants Programme from Quartet Community Foundation will temporarily close at the end of July 2019 and reopen in September 2019, allowing the funders to assess this service.

Quartet wants to ensure that small, local non-profits and community groups receive efficient support to continue and expand their work. Grants of £500-5,000 can be transformative for these small organisations, helping them to address local people's needs.

*Please note this course is fully booked* The next course will be held in October or click here for details of our in-house training.

More funders than ever will give grants to support core costs, but making an effective bid needs a different mindset from project funding applications. This session will look at how you can make an effective core funding case, and what different data you may need to back up your argument.

Date/Time:
Wednesday, 18 September, 2019 - 12:00 to 14:00

When you're new to writing funding bids or reports, it can be difficult to make sense of the key terms and buzzwords used by grant makers, local authorities, businesses and other VCSE organisations.
