The Volunteer Organisers' Forum is used to promote and share best practice for those managing or co-ordinating volunteers.  We currently meet quarterly to discuss a variety of issues relevant to volunteering such as volunteer recruitment, employability, DBS checks, volunteer retention, thank you events, welfare reform impacts, volunteers and the law amongst others.
 
This month we will be covering:
 
Making volunteering inclusive for those with complex needs
 
Myth busting and confidence building
 
There will also be a facilitated peer learning session on Recruitment of Volunteers: getting it right first time
