Bristol City Council is asking for your views on the support provided by the SEND Sensory Support Service and how it can be improved.

The Centre for Deaf and Hard of Hearing People and WECIL are holding this event to share information about proposals for the redesign of the service. You will have the opportunity to give your views about how the service is run and how you think it can be improved.

There will be BSL interpreters and speech to text available.

The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Sensory Support Service provides support to children and young people with sensory needs in education and family settings. Sensory needs include hearing impairment, visual impairment and multi-sensory impairment.

For more information about the consultation, the online survey and other drop-in consultation events being organised by the Council, please follow this link. The consultation closes on 4 December 2019.
