Details of Role:

Over the last three years at Rebel Girls Club, we sure have been on an incredible journey.
From delivering large scale events to supporting women one- on-one, we’ve built a strong foundation that’s already making and made such a huge positive difference.

But now, we’re ready to take things to the next level—and we can’t do it without you.

We’re looking for up to 15 passionate women or non-binary individuals to join our core crew as volunteers. This is your chance to step into a leadership or collaborative role, where your skills and ideas will help shape the future of the project. We are hoping to secure the core crew team by mid- November 2024.

Whether you’re a whiz at event planning, a fundraising femme, a temptress of a teamplayer, a grant writing guru, a creative connoisseur, a wellbeing warrior, a social media goddess, a research ace, have a knack for organisation and a love for positive change, there’s a place for you here.

We are open for you to get involved if you want to showcase or develop your existing skills and ideas or learn something new, give something a go and evolve within your own potential.
We are a collective of support, encouragement, inclusivity and experimentation.
There are no wrong answers.
Why now?

We’ve accomplished so much with a small but mighty team, but to truly expand our impact, we need more hands, more hearts and more brilliant minds. Sorry for the cheesiness but it’s true!

By joining our core team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence our growth and create something of your own that you’ll be proud of for years to come. You’ll be part of a collective effort to empower women and girls across the UK, helping to organise events, reach more people and secure the resources we need to sustain our work.

2 hours min per week

Core Crew Meetings:

Monthly meetings will take place on the first day of every month in the evening.

These sessions will be our chance to connect, plan, go over what we have done, showcase ideas and plan for the coming month.

This is more than just a volunteer opportunity; it’s a chance to be at the heart of something  incredibly powerful.

Together, we’ll strategise, collaborate and bring our shared vision to life. While these roles are voluntary for now, as we grow, there will be potential for paid opportunities.
Let’s build something extraordinary together. If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to have you on board.

Love & Solidarity ,
