Trinity Community Services, Hotwells has been running a weekly lunch club for the over 60’s for over 30 years. The focus is to reduce social isolation and loneliness and we welcome everyone, whatever their background or faith, to enjoy a freshly cooked three course lunch, beverages and activities in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Purpose of the role:
To support the effective running of the lunch club by being flexible in your role which will be varied.

The lunch club is held every Thursday from 10–3.30pm at Holy Trinity Church, Clifton Vale, Bristol, BS8 4ST. We are looking for a volunteer to support either between 10-3.30pm (preferred) or from 12-4pm.

We will require two references from you.
This opportunity is suitable for a volunteer looking for a longer-term role ie: more than 6 months preferably.
As a volunteer you will be expected to volunteer most, but not all Thursdays. Having a break is very important. You would need to inform the lunch club co-ordinator, as soon as possible, if you wish to have a break from volunteering.
Work references can be provided for prospective employers (after 3 months of volunteering service).
